Perry grew up in the town of Grimsby and attended local schools, sports and group functions from which he was able to develop lifelong friendships and a great sense of the Niagara Region. With a family cottage located in Norfolk County being like a second home, Perry was able to spend some time working for the Ontario Parks. The time spent in Norfolk offered Perry a great sense of what the county had to offer and also created a special interest in agriculture, and conservation.
After graduating high school Perry studied Design in Brantford at Mohawk College. While at Mohawk, Perry started Emerald Design & Construction which he operated for 10 years. Through the years of owning and operating a business Perry was able to learn, experience, create relationships and find a true passion.
With the inspiration of his mother Catherine, Perry set out to become a realtor. Once he completed that task he joined his mother's team, bringing a wealth of knowledge in design, construction, agricultural/land. Paired with excellent customer service and a professional work ethic, Perry is your guy. “My favourite part about the business is the relationships created and the smile on my clients' faces when I hand them the keys to their new home."
