Patricia Butcher is a seasoned Realtor with over 29 years of experience in the Niagara Region. She began her career in a small Beamsville Brokerage with a solid reputation for high sales volumes in Commercial, Land Development and Farm Properties. She later expanded her career to include Residential sales. She has operated her own successful Brokerage for 11 years with 2 partners and earned the designation of Broker, becoming the Broker of Record for the Company.

She completed her 2nd term as President and Past President of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. She has served 6 yrs as a board member and has been a volunteer since 1988. Patricia further strengthened her community commitment by her election to Town Council in 1991 for a term of 3 yrs. She is presently a volunteer on the Beamsville BIA (Business Improvement Area) as the Chamber of Commerce Liaison. Prior to her career in Real Estate Patricia enjoyed the travel Industry for 14 years. She subsequently sold her travel agency in Toronto and moved to Beamsville.
