Michael Mazzolino has been a licensed Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Garden City Realty, practicing for over 27 years now. Mike has extensively studied many aspects of real estate including residential, commercial, and mixed use. On the residential side, he has been active in new construction, resale, condos, multi-family and student rentals. On the commercial side he has focused on downtown redevelopment and urban buildings. Particularly he often works closely with commercial tenants such as restaurants and retail users.
Early in his career Michael developed an interest in building a real estate investment portfolio, which began with small residential buildings, and has since expanded to include detached homes, condos, apartment buildings, commercial property, vacant land and development sites. This diverse experience has enabled Micheal to develop relationships with Municipal officials and City staff, as well as lenders, appraisers , and urban planners. Over the last two decades his team has worked on a number of development and construction projects, land assemblies and severances throughout the Niagara Region. During which time he continued to build a network and a database of investors, builders, developers and industry professionals such as architects, surveyors and engineers.
Educational accomplishments include the four course curriculum of the rare CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) as well as a number of courses required by the Canadian Real Estate Association in order to successfully acquire the designation as Broker. This commitment to ongoing education, along with extensive hands on real estate experience in sales, marketing, planning, zoning and construction offer a rare skill set for Mazzolino’s clients.
