Kevin was born in mainland China. In 2006 he immigrated to Canada and took up residence in St. Catharines. He actively volunteers at the St. Catharines Community Living Centre in their “special friend” program. He loves travelling and experiencing different cultures, languages and life styles.
After earning an MBA accounting degree from Brock University, Kevin took employment with Canada Revenue Agency as a Taxpayer Service Agent. Since 2009 he has held various positions from Financial Service Manager to Mortgage Specialist with both the Bank of Montreal and CIBC.
After spending several years working directly with real estate agents, assisting local residents and new immigrants in purchasing residential and investment properties, Kevin made the decision to take the Real Estate Licensing program and he has never looked back.
