While at Sheridan College pursuing his diploma in the Arts, Josh opened his own construction company which he operated successfully for a number of years. That endeavour gave him rich first hand experience not only in home building and renovations, but also in creative design and custom finishings.
Having some exposure to the Niagara Area and specifically Grimsby, Josh decided this was where he wanted to relocate his family and call home. He sold his construction business, made the move to Grimsby and entered the profession of Real Estate sales.
Josh does a lot more than just sell houses. He works together with his clients to ensure they can realize the maximum potential in their sale or acquisition. Very talented and artistic in his own right, he works together with his interior designer wife to prep the home for sale with everything from cosmetic upgrades to full staging. And for his buyers he helps them realize the full potential of their new acquisition with suggestions and redeveloping the new home.
