Carl is passionate. And that applies to a lot of areas of his life. He is passionate about restoring classic cars and has been doing that most of his life. He is passionate about motorcycles. Another lifelong activity in repairing and riding. He is passionate about real estate. For many years, along with his job at John Deere, Carl was in the market to buy and restore houses. He enjoyed it and he was good at it.
Then some years ago, his realtor friend Robert Di Corrado suggested that he enter the career of real estate sales himself and pursue that passion every day on the job. Carl decided that made a lot of sense, and timing couldn’t have been better. Changes were occurring with his employment, therefore, providing the opportunity to transition to real estate.
So Carl enrolled in the real estate education program, and became a licensed realtor, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Another driving force, a passion in Carl’s life has always been helping people. He believes most people at some point in their life will need a helping hand and Carl finds fulfillment in reaching out to others. With his personal charm, knowledge of construction and love of real estate, Carl is now in a position to help a lot of people fulfill their dreams for home ownership and investment.
