For a lot of real estate agents, their education stops when they graduate from school and get their license to sell homes. Not so with Anthony Venneri. His entire real estate career is very much a work in progress.
Anthony grew up immersed in real estate. His parents owned rental properties and even in high school, Anthony was very involved in property management. He saw the potential. He loved the process. Also, while at school Anthony had a part time job in retail sales. It was there that he discovered he not only liked sales. He was very good at it. It seemed only natural that Anthony should embark on a career in real estate sales and so, after graduation from high school, that is exactly what he did.
Over the years since, Anthony has not only excelled at real estate sales. He has extensively developed his skill and knowledge. He’s not afraid to tackle new projects and he approaches each one with the determination to provide the type of service for his clients that he would provide for himself.
One example of his ability to set and achieve goals is the fact that when his mom died at a very young age, dashing his parents dream to build a home on their adjacent lot, Anthony committed to doing that for his dad. Not only did he build an amazing home acting as the general contractor. He also designed and constructed a lift/elevator which he incorporated into the plans.
Listing and selling homes of course, but also Anthony has guided clients into land assembly and development. Subdivision and condo construction and marketing. Commercial and industrial investment, development and sale. Over the years Anthony has never shied away from a new challenge. He studies, learns, and positions himself to assist his clients in their projects and takes pride in their successes.
