Meet Angela D'Elia

Angela, a resident of Niagara since childhood and a graduate of Brock University and the University of Windsor, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role in real estate. With over three decades nurturing minds as an elementary and ESL teacher, she transitioned seamlessly into real estate driven by a newfound passion for guiding individuals towards exceeding their goals, much like she did as a teacher.

Angela's interest in real estate was sparked by her own struggles buying her first home at 25 and again later in life. Instead of feeling discouraged, these experiences ignited her passion for helping others navigate the complexities of home buying. She views real estate as more than just transactions; it's an opportunity to empower clients through significant milestones in their lives. Angela aims to provide guidance and support, ensuring clients feel confident and informed throughout their home-buying and home-selling journeys. Angela uses her firsthand knowledge and personal experiences to make a meaningful difference in her clients' lives.

Fueled by enthusiasm and boundless energy, she pursued her Real Estate licensing in January 2022, marking a pivotal career shift. Since then, Angela has not only become an accomplished realtor but also earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, enriching her ability to serve senior homeowners and sellers with exceptional care. No doubt inspired by summer employment in the Recreation department at Linhaven Long Term Care back in her university days.

Beginning her real estate journey at a local independent firm, Angela learned the skills for success. Now like so many other proven professionals she has made the move to RE/MAX Garden City Realty Inc. Angela's transition underscores her commitment to delivering unparalleled service and expertise to buyers and sellers alike.

Angela's extensive background in education and her unwavering dedication make her the ideal choice for anyone seeking guidance through the complexities of real estate transactions in Niagara. She can be reached at the office by calling 905-641-1110 or her mobile 905-932-3781.
